Beef Chaap/Gorur Chaap
Ingredients:

Boneless beef half kg - thin flat pieces

Green Chili Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
·
Red Chili powder 1 teaspoon or to taste
·
Shahi jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon
·
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
·
Onion paste 1 table spoon
·
Ginger paste half table spoon
·
Garlic paste half table spoon
·
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
·
Roasted cumin powder half teaspoon
·
Black pepper crushed half teaspoon
·
yogurt 2 table spoons
·
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
·
Oil 3 tablespoons(vegetable oil / mustard oil/
vegetable oil+ ghee)
·
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Tenderizing meat pieces with the hammer to make them wider
and thinner.
Mix all spice ingredients in a bowl until no lumps. Now mix
spices with meat pieces. Marinate for 7-8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Method:
After 3 hours add 2 tablespoon oil in meat and mix well.
Then heat nonstick pan or grill pan and when pan is ready, fry chop on medium
heat.
When one side is done, turn it and brush oil. When both
sides are done, brush oil and remove from pan.
Enjoy melting in mouth Beef Chop in Bangladeshi Style with
Paratha, Naan or Luchi.
Tips:
Oil, chilli and salt using totally up to your taste. In this
recipe marination is very important at least overnight. Don't skip this step
otherwise it would be hard.
