Jelabi Recepi 

We are always looking for iftar good quality and healthy fruits and food. Special among them is sweet fruit. But for this time, the jelabi is not bad anymore. A good meal.
Most of the recipes made of jelabi  are very difficult and time-consuming. And making jelabi with them is absolutely not perfect. If you go to the hotel or to any hotel in the market, our attraction towards jelabi  is very much the same. But making jelabi  like a typical restaurant is not a very easy thing. So following today's recipe you can easily make jelabi  and it will take time too little. Jelabi  can be prepared by anyone who can feed! Let's know, this recipe is easy:

Ingredients:
Flour = 1 cup
Sugar = 2 cups
Rice crust = Half cup
Maschalai pulse = one-fourth of a cup
Food soda = one-fourth of a cup
and Oil = amount like.
Method:

·         Mashchalai mixed with pulses, flour, rice powder, amount of water and food soda, soak it for 8-10 hours. After that, make a paste of water with sugar like sugar in a berry.
·         Wait till it gets hot with oil in a pan. Mix oil mixture well with a mixture of flour. After that pour a mixture of flour in the pan and give it a jelabi shape on the oil.
·         Fry until jelabi become rad, yellow or golden colore.  
·         Takeout jelabi frome the fry pan into syrup directly.
