Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Flour - 2 cups
Sugar- 2 and 1/2 table spoons
Water -1 and 3/4 cups
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Oil-1 table spoon for egg yolk + for submersion of oil


Procedure:

Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix it with water and keep aside.
Take 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and fry the egg. Make sure the egg yolk is not soft.
Heat oil in medium heat to fry for boiling oil. Immerse the enameled eggs in the prepared mixture, fry them in the hot oil and keep them aside until the light brown color.
When fried, put it on paper towels and remove excess oil from the oil. Then fry it in the mixture again and fry it oil. So fry it 4-5 times.


Finely chop the cake with a knife and serve delicious egg Flour cake.
