• Eat healthy. Add lots of
fruits, fiber and green vegetables in your diet.
• Do not take hot water baths as
it in creates dryness.
• Apply moisturizer’s twice or
thrice a day.
• Keep your body hydrated by
drinking lots of water.
• Cover your body to avoid cold
air and dryness of your skin.
• Avoid using beauty products
with alcoholic content in them.
• Replace your harsh soap with a
mild face wash.
• Use Vaseline on your feet,
hands and lips to keep them soft and supple.
• Before bathing, apply olive or
coconut oil all over your body and face, this will soften and moisturize your
skin.
