Chocolate syrup with cocoa powder

Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

Butter 1 teaspoon

Vanilla essence 1 tbs

Water/milk 1 cup

Corn syrup or sugar syrup 1/2 cup

Instruction:

In a pan mix cocoa, sugar, water/milk, vanilla and butter.

Whisk thoroughly and cook on low heat until thick.

Let it to cool.

Then mix corn syrup a little by little until right consistency.

Keep in an air tight jar in refrigerator.
