Egg Korma

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs- 7-8
Onion chopped - 1 medium size
Onion paste - 2 tablespoons
Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2
Teaspoon Chilli-5-6
Cumin Powder - 1/2
Teaspoon Cardamom - 4-5
Cinnamon - 2-3 pieces
Talk yogurt - 2 Tablespoons
Warm hot milk - 1/2 cup (you can give milk to coconut)
Almond paste - 1
Table spoon Sugar - 1
Teaspoon of sugar Oil - An estimated 6 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon or according to your taste
Procedure:
Heat the oil in a bowl of 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the finished egg and light brown. Sprinkle 1 pinch of salt during frying.
Now cover it with lid and keep it properly. Cook a few minutes to lighten. Then cook for 2-3 minutes with sugar.
Sprinkle onion with cinnamon and cinnamon with the rest of the oil in the vessel. Grind toast until the onions are soft. Now add onion paste, ginger, chili, Cumin powder and salt. Stir it with a mixture of chopped onion and nuts in a bowl, stir it for 2 minutes. Then boil it with milk.
If the water gets dry, then drop it when the flame is dry. Serve with polo or biryani.
