Fried Rice



Fried Rice is more like us all. Which you like to eat at a restaurant outside. But due to the lack of time many cannot do it. Now there is no other worry. You can make your home sit down and eat the favorite delicious and gourmet foods. Today I took you a delicious and savory fried rice recipe.


Ingredients:
Basmati rice-2 cup
Shrimp (medium size)-10/12 piece
Onion (cut in cube)-1/2 cup
Egg-3(beaten)
Ginger paste- 2 tbsp.
Garlic paste- 2 tbsp.
Carrot (cut in cube)-1/2 cup (optional)
Beans (cut in cube)-1/2 cup (optional)
Cauliflower (cut in cube)-1/2 cup (optional)
Green peas-1/2 cup (optional)
Sweet corn-1/2 cup (optional)
Green chilli-2/3 piece
Ajinomoto/Tasting salt-1/2 tbsp.
Salt-2 tbsp.  or your taste
Soy sauce- 1 & 1/2Tbs
Oil-1/4 cup
Procedure:
Boil around 3 cup of water in a pan. Add vegetables and pinch of salt into the boiling water and boil it around 3-4 minutes. Then remove from the pan and drain water through a strainer.
Wash rice. Add 5-6 cup water and cook until it becomes almost done. Remove from the pan,drain water, then rinse with cold water and keep in the strainer to drain water.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a deep pan. Add beaten egg and scramble it, then remove from the pan and keep aside.

Now heat the remaining oil in a medium heat and then add onion into it and stir until it become soft. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and shrimp, and stir it for 2 minutes. Add all vegetable, green chili, salt, tasting salt, soy sauce, and stir it for around 2 minutes.

Then add the rice, scramble egg and gently mix them with vegetable.
Now cover the pan and keep it in low heat for around 15/20 minutes.
Then turn off the heat and enjoy your delicious fried rice.
